Network Configuration

Before your Pickpad device can receive orders, it needs to connect to your Wi-Fi network.

Step 1 — Enter Linking Mode​

Press the left button on the Pickpad. The display will show "Linking".

Wait about 10 seconds until a Wi-Fi network named "Pickpad" appears on your phone or computer.

Step 2 — Connect to the Pickpad Hotspot​

Connect your phone or computer to the Pickpad Wi-Fi network.

Step 3 — Open the Configuration Page​

Once connected to the Pickpad hotspot, open your browser and go to:

http://192.168.1.1

You will see the Wi-Fi configuration page. Enter your network name (SSID) and password, then save.

Step 4 — Confirm Connection​

After saving, the Pickpad will attempt to connect to your Wi-Fi. A successful connection message will appear on the device display.

Step 5 — Add to a Station​

Once online, the device needs to be assigned to a station in your account.

If you opened this page from the Pickpad dashboard setup link, use the Add to Station button to assign the device. If you don't have the setup link, contact your administrator to get the Pickpad ID and add it manually from the Stations page.
