Stream Setup

Connect Stream to receive orders from DSP platforms (DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, and others) directly in Pickpad.

1. Select Stream as order source

In the Pickpad Dashboard, go to Settings and set Orders source to Stream.

2. Add Pickpad as a dispatch provider in Stream

In the Stream portal, add Pickpad as a dispatch provider for your stations by following the Stream guide:

3. Create a station in Pickpad

Go to Stations in the Pickpad Dashboard and create a station for each Stream station. After saving, click the edit icon next to the station.

4. Copy the Station ID

In the station edit view, copy the Station ID.

5. Set the Station ID in Stream

In the Stream portal, open the dispatch provider settings for the corresponding station and paste the copied Station ID into the Reference field.
