Station Configuration

A station is a physical pickup point — a counter, a location, a set of Pickpads grouped together. Most day-to-day behavior (when an order distributes, what the Pickpad displays, how accuracy checking works) is configured per station, not on the account-level Settings page, so different counters or locations can behave differently even on the same account.

Open a station from Stations in the sidebar, then Create or select an existing one to edit. The form is split into blocks, one per settings area:

Orders Management	Auto-accept, POS-driven close, distribute timing, Pickpad display text, completed-order timeout
Order Types	Which order types (pickup/delivery/in-store) this station handles
Order Queue	Queue sorting, when the account has ordering queueing enabled
Order Accuracy	Weight-based verification thresholds and warning display
Interface	Cross-tap feedback, stale order alerts
Layout	Pickpad size and row arrangement in the station dashboard view
Devices	Offline/mesh mode (account admins only)

Some blocks only appear once you've saved the station for the first time (Layout), or depend on an account-level toggle (Order Queue needs queueing enabled; Order Accuracy needs Check order accuracy enabled on the account Settings page — see Order Accuracy).
