Pickpad-facing behaviors: what happens on an empty Pickpad gesture, and how staff get nudged about an order that's sat too long.

Cross-Tap Feedback	Nothing / Show text	Action on an empty Pickpad when a double-tap gesture is detected.
Stale order alert	On / Off	When on, an order that hasn't changed status for longer than the threshold below blinks the Pickpad and its dashboard row orange, as a nudge to check on it. It's a visual flag only — nothing gets auto-canceled or auto-finished.
Stale order alert threshold (minutes)	Number, default 30	Only shown when Stale order alert is on. How long an order can sit uncollected on a Pickpad before staff are notified.
